Virtual Tours:
The client is aware that virtual tours require third party software to be installed on a computer for the tour to be viewed and that VPM create virtual tours that need either QuickTime, Java or Flash to be installed on a computer for the tour to work how it was designed. The client is also aware that VPM virtual tours are made up of multiple images. These images are best viewed using a
broadband connection. Once completed your tour will require approval, you will be sent a link to approve your tour. Once approved, the tour will be placed live on the VPM server and you will be able to link to it from your existing website.

Copyright:
VPM retain full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all virtual tours created and photographs taken. These virtual tours are solely for display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored on any electronic retrieval system without the express written permission of VPM. VPM will supply full copyright to their clients for a small fee, and the written permission to use such work within marketing.Content of this site is copyright of VPM. Any attempt to copy any of the content from this web site without prior written permission will result in immediate legal action.

UK Law:
VPM is a business based in Luton , Bedfordshire, England, and is therefore governed by English law. This is still applicable for anybody who can view the websites in any other country, and / or has contact with VPM by any other means of communication such as electronic mail, fax or post, without necessarily having viewed the website www.visualpropertymarketing.co.uk

Visual Use:
VPM have the right to show work created for the clients on the VPM website, and websites owned by Graham Holland. Unless by law the images are of a sensitive nature.

Faults:
Whilst every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera malfunction, loss or theft, VPM can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure.

General Liability:
VPM can accept no liability for any failure of any type resulting from the failure in any way of any product or service they supply.

Payment Terms:
For all non-account holders, payment for all products and services provided by VPM must be made upon completion of the assignment. For authorised account holders, payment of the VPM invoice must be made within 20 days of the date of that invoice. VPM reserves the right to withdraw account facilities and services without notice should the client fail to pay VPM
invoices within the 20 days.

VPM Brand:
Unless an agreement has been formed the VPM logo and web address will appear within the commission work.

Weather:
VPM cannot be held responsible for the weather. If weather conditions are not favourable and the client wishes for the outside shots to be taken on another day then the client will need to schedule another visit at extra cost to the client. VPM will always count this as additional work and provide the client with a quote for this additional work.

Disputes:
Any dispute arising from any work completed by VPM with be dealt with fairly and quickly. In the first instance, any correspondence should be sent to VPM, 38 Baker Street, Luton, LU1 3PX

Privacy Policy:
The following Policy states how we are committed to protecting the personal information that is obtained from you. Unless you provide information voluntarily, we will not collect any personal information about you when you visit www.visualpropertymarketing.co.uk.
